First impressions are lasting, and sometimes the only thing between you and the job you want.
Finding empregos you are qualified for is the easiest step toward employment. The interview process is the hardest.
Job interviews are intimidating, but they should be an opportunity to shine. Employers want to see polished people that handle the pressure of interviews well. After seeing your resumes, employers already know you are qualified, and would like to see your personality and work ethic in person.
The interview process is best divided into five stages:
1- Preparation-Preparing for the interview is the most important stage of the job interview process. Educating yourself on the company prior to the interview is essential. You need to know the blue print of the company, what they do, what kind of services they provide, and who are the clients. Asking basic questions about the company during an interview shows a lack of interest and preparation. Make sure you are early for the interview and prepared for any question they might ask you during the interview.
2- Introduction-Non-verbal cues are just as important as what you say. When you first meet the person interviewing you, establish good eye contact and have a firm handshake.

3- Presentation-The interview itself should be considered a presentation of yourself. Make sure you are presentable and professional. Pay attention to the interview, respond with intelligence, and answer questions with enthusiasm.
4- Take advantage of the Interview-An interview is also a way to see if the job meets your expectations. Ask questions. Be active in the interview to show interest, and see if the company has a culture that is a good fit for you.
5- The Finale-After the interview it is professional courtesy to send a thank you letter or e-mail. Make sure you thank them for considering you as a candidate.
The job interview process seems overwhelming and complicated, but it is all in the preparation. If you prepare to present yourself, employers will be impressed.
